Custom applications for one defined process

Useful software for one process you already run, such as a customer portal, a staff dashboard, or a mobile app for a specific job.

Who it serves

Organizations that have outgrown a spreadsheet or a generic tool for one process, and can name who approves the scope and budget.

The problem

Staff re-enter the same information, or customers cannot see the status of a request, because the current tools do not match the process.

What is included

  • A written scope for one workflow, the people who use it, and how that first phase will be accepted
  • The web application, mobile application, or both that the quotation names
  • The revision rounds named in the quotation
  • A handoff for the people who will use that first phase

Scope limits

  • You provide the process, sample records, and a person who can approve the scope.
  • Backend development, third-party services, developer accounts, and store submission are included only when the quotation lists them.
  • Submitting an app to Apple or Google does not guarantee that the store will approve it.
  • A change to the agreed workflow needs written approval and a revised quotation before that work starts.

Pricing approach

Request a Quote

  • The public price for this offer is “Request a Quote.” A written quote separates one-time project fees, setup fees, monthly or annual subscriptions, and optional care.
  • Domains, hosting, payment processing, app store fees, licenses, and other third-party costs are additional unless the quote lists them.
  • Revision rounds, support time, and integrations are limited to the written scope. We do not offer unlimited revisions, unlimited support, or guaranteed business results.
  • When the workflow is not defined yet, the first step is a written discovery scope rather than an open-ended build.

Next step

Tell us the goal, budget range, and timing. We will follow up by email to confirm whether this offer fits before any work starts.
