No setup fee. You create and manage your own card.

• Create a draft, preview it, accept checkout terms, pay hosting, and publish a complete card after verified payment

Staff Setup

$99 setup + $60/year

$159 first year. $99 is one-time staff labor and is not charged again. Setup does not create public hosting. Staff prepares a private card; hosting payment follows client approval.

• Staff prepares the unpublished card. You preview it, request one revision or approve it, then pay hosting before publication
• You can edit the card after handover. Additional staff changes are quoted separately
• Annual hosting: $60/year automatic renewal. You start that checkout after approval. The hosting year starts at verified payment and publication
• Optional prepaid hosting: $120 for 2 years or $180 for 3 years, no automatic renewal. That term starts only after hosting payment and publication

Company package

From $60 per slot/year

One business account, one annual subscription, one bill, and one renewal date. Existing individual cards stay on their own hosting.

• 1–4 slots: $60 each per year. 5–9 slots: $54 each. 10–24 slots: $48 each. That qualifying rate applies to every purchased slot
• 25 or more slots need a custom quote
• Shared logo, brand colors, and default template. Deactivate a former worker to free a slot; the replacement gets a new card ID and URL
• Staff-assisted company setup is a custom quote, not $99 per employee, and is accepted before payment. Setup does not create a hosting subscription or trial
• The owner starts hosting checkout after at least one approved, complete staff card is ready to publish. Later cards share that renewal date. Incomplete or unapproved cards stay private
• No separately signed contract or e-signature

Company packages are annual only. 1–4 slots are $60 each per year, 5–9 slots are $54 each per year, and 10–24 slots are $48 each per year. The qualifying rate applies to every purchased slot, not only the slots above a threshold. 25 or more slots need a custom quote. Team volume rates do not stack with other discounts and do not change individual $60/year or prepaid $120/$180 prices.

Company hosting is one annual subscription for the purchased slot count. It renews automatically until canceled in billing. Hosting for self-managed company packages starts when that subscription first becomes active. Later staff cards share that renewal date. Staff-assisted company setup is a separate custom quote and is not $99 per employee. Setup checkout does not create a hosting subscription or trial. Staff can prepare private drafts before hosting is subscribed. The owner explicitly starts hosting checkout after at least one approved, complete staff card is ready to publish. Verified hosting payment starts the shared hosting year at that initial publication. Incomplete or unapproved cards stay private even after other company cards publish. Slot reductions are written onto a Stripe subscription schedule before the renewal invoice is generated, at the volume rate that matches the retained slot count. After hosting ends, public cards and contact downloads turn off. Card IDs, public links, and QR destinations stay the same.
